Nov 30th, 2021Love Lambrusco, Part II: was feeling bubbles, but am leaving the champers in the fridge until the anticipated good news is official... a solid Sorbara from a solid cooperative. Red fruit and florals on the nose, rose color, liquified smarties on the palate. Light and vibrant. A delight.

Jul 26th, 2018Less fizz than I expected even from a Lambrusco. Very bright and raspberry with good acid to cut through the grilled cheese sandwich I had. Only rosé Lambrusco I've ever had so that's cool.
