83/100 2012 The start of a very nice meal in the Unicorn restaurant. This is from the village of Monteforte dAlpone in the eastern part of Soave Classico. The maker chills the grapes immediately upon arrival at the winery, and ensures the subtle perfumes are preserved.
This results in a very fruity wine, though elegant and gentle. Lots of floral going on with the ripe fruit. A little rounder than I prefer but the palate
