Bottled 12 OCT 2018. This is very good and evolved with air. I’m guessing it needs more age to really shine. Sour nose with grapes, hay, barnyard as it warms, lemon cream. Palate really changes from sour to wine and back to sour. The grapes really shine through in a nice way with tons of citrus, a hint of berries and cream, and some funk. So grateful I got to try this one.
