Two year old unblended lambic. So no gueuze! Created to celebrate the 2003/2004 division III championship of Union St. Gilles. Not super sour (compared to a gueuze), nicely bitter because of the dry hopping. Bottled in feb. 2014. Alive and refreshing.

Bottled December 23, 2015. Throwing loads of Bret and incredibly tart. Grapefruit the strongest flavor once warmed a bit.

November 2012. Hops are faded but still brisk and succinct on the palate. Pretty sour, but that classic cantillon citrus blossom thing.
