Real hit of plums and cherries. This then softens to leather and a soft smokiness. Not the best Barolo I have had but defiantly Barolo so well worth the £10.

Apr 24th, 2015What a bargain! Not the best Barolo you'll have by any means. But for £10, this is value for money. Needs to breath, but as long as it does and you pair it with a rich dish, you get all the lovely dry vibrant fruity notes you would expect.

Nov 29th, 2014I was expecting big things from the Aldi bargain Barolo but it disappointed slightly. Not the worse I've had, certainly not the best though. Lacks a little depth.
