As a next to broke graduate student, I'm all about finding value wines, so I was pretty stoked when I tried this one. Floral nose with vegetal notes of crisp bell pepper. Sour cherry on the palette with vegetal and herbaceous characteristics and firm tannins. My only complaint is an ever so slightly bitter mid palette and finish. Overall a really nice find for a cab at $12

Deep purple opaque heavy stains and tears.. Earth, green pepper, graphite..herbaceous eucalyptus not my favorite... Expected better..

Nice effort. The wine had the classic cassis I wanted and some dark fruit. The drawbacks were the tannins were disappointing and there was a lack of acid leading to a flabby shirt finish.
