Cooler climate 🍇, feels more earthy than fruity, well balanced with soft mellow tannins, bit of burned smoky feeling but just in right amount. Initially some bit plummy, but developed into not sweet chokeberry (aronia) with blackberries. Paired with Jamon Iberico.
