Medium brown colour. The nose is fully developed but expressive, with aromas of tobacco, cedar, dry figs, prunes and dry peaches. It is dry in the mouth with a marked acidity and a well-integrated alcohol. It is medium-bodied with a decent fruit concentration and finish.

This wine is in decline and not particularly enjoyable, but it is remarkable how well it has aged.
