Blanco Rioja Viura-Verdejo Blend

Pale lemon color clear, stream of tiny bubbles with a light foam mousse. Aromas of white flesh stone and citrus fruits. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with biscuit and mineral notes. Good balance, medium finish ending with citrus and yeasty character.

This one surprised me. Good right out of the bottle. Delicate fruit notes and an excellent balance of tanins and sweetness. Low acidity and very easy drinking but did not get boring. Very good wine.

Lavely

It smells sweeter than it tastes. It is rather tart and tastes little of fruit. It is dry.

Berries, honey, butter, blackberry, light, tart, cherry

Nice smooth wine. Slips down a little too easily.

2014 still holds up in 2021. Just fruity enough but not very sweet.
