Nose has plum peel, ripe crushed raspberry, dehydrated strawberry, cold hotel biscuits, fresh almonds and distant dried grapefruit rind.
Palate has dried raspberries, ripe red currant, dried tangerine, dried strawberries and moist chalk with medium finish.
We have all sorts of odd bottles in our cellar, many single, experimental iterations such a this. Not in the least disappointed for this showing today.

Celebrating the birth of my daughter Lily at the hospital with my wife. Delicious! Trying to dive deep on my champagne knowledge and this one will be tough to beat. I should buy more.
