Acquired from bright cellars. Sonoma Valley sauvignon blanc that drinks like a new Zealand one. Lots of sweetness in the beginning and tart finish. A lot of minerals. Wouldn't buy.

I'm generally not a fan of Sauvignon Blanc but thought I'd give this one a try. It is not as bitter as I find most though it still has a vinegary smell to it. I actually find it quite drinkable and a good pick if you want to share wine with friends if you tend toward say unoaked chardonnays but they like sauvignon blancs.
