Intense at first. Aromatic, crisp and refreshing. Full of character, leaving a strong lingering taste.

Crisp strong flavour, served very cold it goes down very easily, proceed with caution

Fruity and light. Served very cold. Enough with fresh prawns cooked in butter with garlic and parsley.

Light, fresh, fruity and fragrant. Went down a treat with risotto. Very good.
