Alsace Pinot Blanc

Very pale apple green colour with light pear bouquet. Dry taste of pear but not much else so somewhat one-dimensional. Fine for what it is I guess. Probably better with creamy pasta than curry.

Very Fresh and smooth aftertaste. One to put on the favourite list

Crisp but sweet. A 'good' Alsace.
