2013 "Companion" Syrah/CS blend. Dark, broody. Lots of nice layers and a balanced complexity - really wonderful.

As with most Syrah from Paso, this is rich and powerful, yet manages to have a cool vibe. The fruits blend with the peppery and meaty notes well. Supple tannins.

Dec 2nd, 2023100% Syrah from the Willow Creek AVA. The deep and brooding nose offers ripe plum, blueberry jam, cassis, smoke meat, milk chocolate, and slight hint of bell pepper. Rich and plush on the palate. Sweet ultra smooth tannins.
