Star bright yellow gold. Tropical fruit banana, mango) leads the nose. Likewise the full-bodied, fruit-forward palate where it’s joined by juicy medium acidity. Fruit is maintained through the relatively short (but still bright) finish. This is definitely an easy drinking sipper (with a great QPR), but it will hold its own with everyday meals. I’m enjoying it with breaded pork chops, roasted Brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes.

Jan 13th, 2019One of the better inexpensive Chardonnay's from Truett-Hurst. A more buttery Chard with some pineapple and yellow apple. More oak than the modern crispy CA Chard.

Apr 17th, 2017I don't normally like Chardonnay but this was actually good. Had it with a fish stew but I think it would pair better with chicken or a veal stew. Lisa liked it too
