Medium tannins that offer some bite, but don't overwhelm with a stick to your teeth finish. Paired nicely with with a nice dry-aged ribeye, but could easily benefit from some further cellar time. Very enjoyable although I'm a bigger fan of their Reserve Syrah.

This was an OK Cab Sauv for me. Way too syrupy-tasting at the open. I struggled to find something to pair it with. Got better the longer we drank it.
