Nicely aged. Nose - Blueberry syrup, BlackBerry, a bit of cream, Teriyaki. Palate - still has some heat. Less savory than I expected but not in a bad way. This has held up well. Nicely done.

A little hot coming in at 16% w/ a touch of rs for balance. Solid syrah, winery is named for all of the limestone in the soil on the west side of paso.
