Interesting flavors and complexity which will only become better with time - 2015 vintage. Nice spice with amazing peppery nose. Dark blackberry fruit on palette. Soft but flavorful tannins on the finish. Great with BBQ, any red meat off smoker, or Spanish dish. Could be best in another 3-5 years.

Very sweet, full bodied. Quite nice. Mel: a little bit of berries Joe: it's still young. Would taste even better when you air it more. Sea Hing: feels like it's buttery, milky taste to it.
