So much Cab Franc that it could have been labeled as one...and this Cab Franc fan gives it a big thumbs up! This 2010 Bel Canto needed decanting to shine, but not as much as some other youthful Cadence bottles I've had. Fantastic with the Hungarian Goulash I made tonight. Loved it.
