Interesting enticing red from Humboldt. 40/30/15/15 Merlot Malbec Cab Syrah! Dark garnet soft plummy earthy nose hints of menthol to balanced acidic red fruited palate grippy texture and long finish. Great with slow cooked brisket despite decent dose of cayenne peppers.
