Excellent barbaresco. Touch of oak on the first cork pull but that blew off within an hour and revealed an excellent wine with good dark fruit and structure. Perfect pairing with a variety of dishes at Babbo.

2007 it has all the body, nose and flavor that you can pair with good meat and cheese pasta. So well balanced. Best flavor leaves a great oak plum cherry pallet.
