Harmonious palate of medium body, gastronomic acidity, well rounded tannins. Flavored with black + red currant, wild cherry, plum.
Red currant, wild cherry & cornel at medium-plus length finish.
Gone fine with lamb chops bbq (marinated with onions, barberry, thyme, cumin, allspice & green pepper).
