This is a beautifully contradictory red wine. First off, you serve it chilled. It smells like honeysuckle that's been in the fridge, tastes like fizzy blackberries that still have trace amounts of soil on them, and looks like the color of a dress I once wore to see "Sugar Ray" play in college. A wonderful after-work treat. Especially when the bartender hugs you before you get in the door.
