Keen to do some online wine tastings? Head over to my blog and check out what’s coming up 😉

There are still 2 sessions of the Bendigo Heritage Uncorked – The Unseen Series to go. These will take place the next 2 Friday’s - so make sure you order the wines ASAP.

I was kindly invited by Bendigo Region Wines to attend the session a few weeks ago where I tried this Byronsvale 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon. A great match for roast lamb & Rosemary apparently 😋

In the glass it’s a deep velvet cherry red colour. Forest berries and earthiness with a bit of black olives come through on the nose. While in the mouth it’s rather plush and smooth with blackberries coming through for me and a hint of mint. Scrumptious.

This wine was sent to me as a sample, I was under no obligation to post about it.

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy!
