Good cranberry fruit, to light raspberry. A bit closed and short today, but well placed tannins suggest room for improvement on another occasion.

warm, black fruits (blackberry) and some herbal notes (not quite forest floor, but wet tree bark or eucalyptus) on the nose, big mouthfeel with smooth oaky notes, medium tannins light acid, lingering spices. Not quite the wine when its 77°F outside, but nice in the A/C'd airport! Would be good on a cold WI night.
