Bright deep yellow gold. Shy nose matches the palate of baked quince with a citrusy essence. Charred cobbler crust comes through midpalate to the finish (which is kinda lengthy). Full body and medium acidity round out the picture. A solid all-around New World Chard that will compliment a wide range of “white wine” fare, from baked fish to pork tenderloin to Thanksgiving dinner. It *is* getting to be that time, after all.

East to west running mountain ranges this if one of the first wineries in this area. A good amount of juicy fruit here on the tongue nice freshness and a touch of vanilla spice and tongue tingly acidity

Dig the restraint, in balance, value driven, lighter too on the guava paste/ pineapple. Score!

I am not sure if this is the Chardonnay that I tasted, but it was definitely from Byron!

Light chard with good fruit and mouth feel and subtle finish. Delicate but memorable. Light nose, rich pineapple and citrus fruit. Short well balanced finish.

Tastes cheap. Hard to drink without food.

Found this on a Delta business class flight to Amsterdam. Strong fruit notes but also well balanced.
