Wow a bigger style no stems here to keep the dirt the focus here a big voluptuous dark raspberry and cherry fruit with a good hand of spice tongue tingly minerality. Excellent+

Yeah, yum. Real reminiscent of Burgundy. Felt rustic originally, it's opened up to be pretty clean. It's dark fruited and dense as it turns out with glimmers of dried white flowers and raspberry infused tea. It's good, it's cheap too.

Jul 18th, 2014Past its prime. Somewhat cloudy garnet color. Cherry tea on the nose der palate. BUT a bit of tingle suggesting the beginnings of a second fermentation. Will do for tonight though.
