Wow a bigger style no stems here to keep the dirt the focus here a big voluptuous dark raspberry and cherry fruit with a good hand of spice tongue tingly minerality. Excellent+

Solid first bottle of the night, easy silky smooth with dark cherry but not overly sweet

Yeah, yum. Real reminiscent of Burgundy. Felt rustic originally, it's opened up to be pretty clean. It's dark fruited and dense as it turns out with glimmers of dried white flowers and raspberry infused tea. It's good, it's cheap too.

Spicy and a bit of something black on the finish. Very nice over all.

Clear garnet color. Full nose of black cherry and vanilla. Medium acidity and medium minus tannins. Palate of black cherry, canned tea, and a whiff of spice. Still holding on, but should probably drink this one up now.

Past its prime. Somewhat cloudy garnet color. Cherry tea on the nose der palate. BUT a bit of tingle suggesting the beginnings of a second fermentation. Will do for tonight though.
