One From The Quiver Malbec

Nice jammy fruity nose as you would expect from a Malbec - palate was pleasant - nice red fruits - smooth and silky going down. This is a good drinkable Malbec - Club W has a good one here for the price. I paired it tonight with a New York strip, baked potato, and Caesar salad. A really good meal, and a good wine to complement it.

Good right out of the bottle, of course it gets better with some decanting. The bottle didn't last for the recommended hour or so to decant.

Not bad - took a while to open up - once it did it was a decent Malbec. Fruity and smooth on the front end, nice flavor going down. Paired with thanksgiving turkey and sides it was nice believe it or not.

Needs a good hour to breath at least. Very juicy, prominent raspberry flavor with some wet earth and just a bit of a spicy finish.
