Smooth, a little tart/acidic, not super dry or sweet. Excellent for sipping while chatting with friends/playing board games. Fairly light in color. Lingered on the back of my tongue a little bit.

Spouse likes it better than I do. It was crisp on the tongue and easy in the mouth. Paired tonight with BBQ. That may seem odd, but sometimes different is a good thing.
