Wife and I usually do not go for whites but I will say most BURROWING OWL wines which are very hard to find in stores never seem to disappoint. Smooth, balanced acidity ...very enjoyable to drink. We had this with Vietnamese pork and shrimp with rice noodles...basil...lemongrass....A perfect pairing!!!
