🇦🇺 A Shiraz from Australia 🍇 Full body, smooth to the palate with a sweet finish. I wasn't impressed at first but gave it a second sip the next day. It evolved into something very good with taste of dark fruit and peppery edge aged in oak barrels. I would pair this🍷with spicy veal parmigiana. 13 % ABV.

Jan 21st, 2022🇦🇺 Oak aged Shiraz with flavours of spicy plum and cherry 🍒. Full body wine 🍷 and sweeter than usual for this type of varietal. I would serve it after a gourmet meal and in good company.
