Rich, nutty, oxidative, tropical, butterscotch. It’s got that Jura twang all while remaining super fresh with balanced acid. Love.

Chardonnay. One barrel made. Never tasted anything quite like this. Unfiltered.

Smell

One of the best savagnin wines in recent memory, savory, lemon, seaweed, toasted nuts, super concentrated. If anything a bit concentrated but super fresh and delicious.

Gulare än entre deux. Tropisk frukt & mjuk. Efter några timmar inslag av Griotte-oxidation.

Rich, tropical and nutty, this wine crashes onto the palate with waves of kiwi and strawberry, passion fruit, grapeskin, and hay. It finishes round and full with malolactic flavors of toffee, butterscotch, and vanilla. Could age.
