This Syrah, NOT Grenache! Please, Delectable, give us the ability to edit mistakes!! Anyway, where was I? Right! This was probably a very good wine two or three years ago. But it does not seem to have aged well, and everything seems a bit faded: the fruit, the tannins, and backbone -- making it soft, flabby, and shy on fruit. By the glass at Cindy's Backstreet kitchen in St. Helena.
