Exquisite mouthfeel. Has all the characteristics I think of when I think Pacific Northwest. Slight herbaceous character really tickles me the right way.

Aged very nice. Nice blend of 60/40 Cab Franc/Merlot. Surprisingly really good with chocolate (dark chocolate). Nice wine, sad this winery is no more.
