Very complex white. Nose of vanilla buttered apricot, a bit citrusy. Mouth is very bright and smooth, fairly dry and initially complex, then fruity, featuring raisin, spicy raspberry or grapefruit. Finish is a bit bitter or acidic, almost metallic aftertaste.
