I thoroughly enjoyed this wine, from first sip, to a glass the following day, it was packed with fruit and had a smooth creamy finish. On the palate you're getting jammy fruit, like black cherry, blackberry, blueberry, flowery violets, and perfect acidity balanced with a chocolate finish. When paired with a steak it took on more earth and meat tones, cut some of the acidity and showed its tannins. I actually preferred it on its own :) This is a really great Cab from Paso Robles!
