Fine. Rather pale and tart and thin, I think, though it does soften with time in the glass and has real pale red fruit and soft Cab Franc green pepperiness. Nicely done but not for me.

The best hidden gem at an okay price. If you want a classic Cab Franc that’s the one. Best when you drink cool. I leave in the fridge the day before and take it out 30 minutes before drinking it.

A light and fresh wine, which pays tribute to the Cabernet Franc grape variety that make it up. Of essence nature, it is a wine on the fruit, with aromas marked raspberries, strawberries, Also ripe banana. A real sweet bouquet! To drink around 15 ° 16 ° on light cooking, vegetarian, quiche, vegetable pie, as well as cheeses a little strong. Very nice success!
