To me this has that extra character that brings it above your normal Nebbiolo DOC bottling. It has a classic profile, is nicely concentrated on the nose/palate, and remarkably easy to drink. Not to mention it has the benefit of being made by one of the greats. Orange, warm spices, poached cherries, truffle, and flowers.
