Great easy Maremma White to eat with our lobster, langoustines and prawns

I'm not a white wine lover, but at the tad any tasting today this one wowed me. Crisp, on the dry dry side, and good acidity, bright and effervescent.

Salty lemon curd, underripe pear and stone fruit, yellow flowers. Weird, acid falls short mid palate... $12/7.5 George's
