Trocken Riesling

At first i did not like: hard, no rs, like a block of granite-no generosity. But 2nd day im coming around: very very pure, uber dry, all minerals. Also really benefits from close to room temp. A food wine. Savio Soares imp, who else?

Lazure… quite the allure… pure… but not too pure… boredom is the disease… wine is the cure

Nose: White fruit, white pepper
Palate: Peaches, apricot, lime rind

Lite funky, mycket citrus i doften. Hög syra, lät pärlande. Fruktigt. Men ändå lätt

Drier than most Rieslings. Notes of green apple, citrus and some mineral qualities. Very refreshing and transports me to warmer weather.

Dry, with ripe Riesling fruit flavors. Very enjoyable with a spicy Thai dish.

On the nose, #limestone #lemon , on the palette #honey and #peach. semi dry, refreshing . Tasted 2015 #vintage

Grumlig mineralkälla. Weird doft (insjö?) och smak blev dock ngt helt annat - som funkade - till maten som åts. Funkar nog rätt dåligt som dryck utan mat. Dracks på Trattoria La Strega, gbg.

Uber dry and very minerally. Crisp and bright.
