A little too sweet, buttery, and caramel oaky for my taste but still drinkable. Perhaps if served with fish prepared with the same wine it would be better, but a failure as a cocktail wine.

Your basic medium plus body, Oak laced chard. Pretty sweet imo, ripe pear notes slight lemon in there too. More acid or complexity on the finish might help it out.

I'm not usually a fan of oaky Chards, but this one was delicious! Tastes like vanilla French toast with lingering baking spices. Crazy long finish. Much more interesting & complex than I expected.
