Great effervescence. Nice sourness. A bready, yeasty lingering aftertaste. Not bad at first, but I felt like it was weirder/off after drinking a bit.
I wish there were more players here. A lighter fruitier component, perhaps. Not dynamic.

Talk about a 180 from the nose to the palate! Smoky, herbal on nose- bright and floral on palate.
