2014 Brooklyn Oenology's Sauvignon Blanc just hit the shelves a few weeks ago at $22 a bottle. Features artwork by Jayne Holsinger. It gives a nostalgic nose of canned pear and grapefruit. Has a beautifully racy acidity that's balanced with sweeter fruit notes of guava, pineapple, melon, citrus, Meyer lemon, and papaya. This is a great cheese wine, and would pair especially well with a creamy buttery cheese like Camembert or a smooth blue. -TJ, Manager, Brooklyn Oenology
