So well balanced! This is split down the middle of sweet and dry. I got a lot of pear and lemon both on the nose and the palate. This wine makes me oh so proud of being a New Yorker. Quintessential Finger Lakes Riesling!

What a nice Riesling - "off-dry" but didn't taste at all sweet to me, and enjoyed the floral notes for a little more complexity.
