Pale yellow in color, excellent clarity. Sulfite in nose initially with notes of vanilla, pear and caramel. Lemon peel, sweet lemon pulp and apple flavors with nutty finish, not too acidic. Dry, I think others here are confusing the fruitiness of the wine with residual sugar: yes in the first case, almost none in the second. Some minerality in the finish with minimal skin astringency. Good dimensionality to the wine.

Dry with a hint of residual sweetness balanced with the light acid giving it a nice citrus minerality. Light structure and no noticeable tannins. Interesting flavors of lemon, tea, and peach. The aroma is pleasing very light pear blossom.
