Apr 29th, 2019Bright and crisp. Tart. I get more apple and pear from it than some of the lemon others speak of. A bit cider-y, perhaps due to their natural fermentation process. Fun to drink because it’s kind of sparkly when it hits your tongue without actually being a sparkling wine.
