Day 20 - this is very unique to me. I don’t drink much Pinot Grigio so this blend is totally new for me. It’s light peach in color, semi sweet and very light. This would be a great summer wine by the pool. It is being paired with an herbed Gouda and a cappuccino truffle. I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised at how good it actually is.
