Opened this last night, set it aside, and moved on. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it this evening! Make sure you allow the 2011 plenty of time to breathe. It is worth the wait.

I like this better with the second glass. Maybe I didn't let it breathe enough before I poured the first glass. I was a little anxious at the time, due to long day.
