Nose of cherry and plum, menthol, an earthy/gamey thing too that's lurking in the back. This is great!
The palate is showing some acid drive, some nice syrah-esque mouthfeel, with a grain, and a massive grip. It's very juicy too, with a big bright red and black fruit note. Some tannins kick in the rear, leaving a drying layer over the finish which is really long, fruity and even fresh to some extend. I really like this!
