Very intense wine. Scents of beeswax, lanolin, bitter pear, stony minerality. Palate fills with flavors of sweet butter, rich tropical fruit and pear, dark minerality growing on the long finish. Keeps changing minute by minute. Decent acids. Full bodied. Not a wine for delicate dishes.

Apr 24th, 2017We recently visited Brian Carter Cellars. We ended up joining their wine club. This particular wine was a favorite. We have found Brian Carter to be one of the most creative and innovative wine blenders. Highly recommended

Jul 23rd, 2016Nice Washington state blend. Light hay color with a medium-light body. Mostly melon on the nose with some apricot and subtle hints of lemon. On the palate there''s more of the apricot and melon with notes of grapefruit. Medium plus acidity that dissipated quickly on the finish. Pretty nice.
